How to cure baldness naturally?
Baldness is a common problem nowadays. It is more prevalent in men than women.
In Ayurveda and Siddha, there are remedies available to cure it.

Maintain healthy diet to prevent and cure baldness. Ensure that your diet has required amount of proteins, vitamins and minerals.
Proteins and minerals particularly Iron, Magnesium and Zinc are essential to hair growth. Even massaging scalp with egg, which is rich in proteins, is a good way to grow hair.
Vitamin C is an antioxidant which helps prevent free radical damage to hair and skin. Also, Vitamin B and Vitamin E help in growing hair.
Ordinary onions, extraordinary effects:
Onions contain catalase, an antioxidant which helps hair growth and prevents premature greying of hair.
How to prepare Onion paste:
1. Peel the onion skin (red onions preferred)
2. grind the onion and make a smooth paste.
3. Apply to the scalp and gently massage.
4. Wash it off with water after 20 minutes.
If you are not able to bear the stinky smell, you can wash off with shampoo. But, shampoo after 12 hours is recommended.
Repeat this procedure every three days once to see effect faster.
Miracle hair growth oil:
Miracle hair growth oil is a hair oil prepared according to siddha practices. It is very effective in promoting hair growth. It is prepared with henna, hibiscus, amla and coconut oil. Please refer to this link for procedure to prepare it.

Fenugreek seeds paste is another effective remedy. Apply fenugreek paste on scalp and allow it to dry for 20 minutes. Then wash it off with water,
Caution: Fenugreek has a cooling effect on body. If you already have cold or fever or you live in cold weather area, please avoid using this herbal remedy.
Apply henna paste to scalp once a week in the night and wash it off in the morning. This helps maintain hair.

You can add little camphor to this oil, to make it more effective. Camphor has anti fungal and anti bacterial properties.
